Our mouse service is as easy as 1, 2, 3! 1st visit to secure the foundation of entry points (1-inch in diameter), placement of rodent control devices, etc. 2 week follow-up. 3 month warranty.
Voles are a different type of animal. They can travel up to 3/4 of a mile, so they are impossible to eradicate. We do offer vole add ons for our annual Peak Seasons Plan.
We also have non-poison methods available for burrows.
Bed bugs can be a difficult to treat pest. Bed bugs have the ability to hide out in the wall voids and can live without a host for 9 months or more!
Our technicians treat bed bugs with a chemical product that dries within an hour. Each bed bug control service comes with a 1st visit, 2 week follow-up, and a 3 month warranty.
We don’t require any prep work!
For our cockroach control service, our technicians use a mix of direct kill products and baits to eliminate these pests from your home or business.

As a property manager of a multi-family housing complex, I have used a couple of pest control vendors before. Our previous vendor kept coming and going regularly for about a year. I have been a customer of Ceva Vogel since March 2017. Several years ago, we implemented a preventative pest control program on our property, as we were frustrated with waiting for tenants to tell us they had a pest problem and then reacting to it by treating it. Usually by the time we heard from a tenant, the problem was many times worse than if we had found it early on. Or worse yet, the infestations we would find upon a tenant moving out!
Ceva has assisted us in keeping a rolling schedule that includes inspections with preventative treatments. Each of our 550 apartment units gets inspected and preventatively treated two times each year, with additional treatments in between as needed. As with any multi-family housing property, pest issues pop up here and there, but more often than not they are easily taken care of with a treatment or two. This is a huge improvement over the lost rents we experienced with newly vacated, infested units that required several treatments.
While it was difficult at first to swallow the increased expense each month, we will never go back to reactionary pest control! I am confident with the pest control program we have in place and am grateful to have Ceva as part of our team.

So happy I went with you guys instead of those *OTHER* larger, less efficient companies!
