Fords were tasked with coordinating multiple trades on a cavity tray refurbishment project on a portion of our ex-housing stock, circa 50 units, They coordinated Roof Tilers, Bricklayers, Specialist Lead workers, decorators, and Renderers. Our residents received daily programs issued by Fords customer care coordinators and were liaised with regularly via telephone. Fords also sub contracted accredited Scaffolders and offered a streamlined waste management service as part of their package. All works were closely supervised by SSSTS supervisors and were subject to regular Audits from their SHEQ Manager. It gives us piece of mind that we can concentrate on the development of our housing stock and leave large aftercare projects to Fords.

Ford Design and Construct delivered a large EWI contract for us in Sommerset, the specfication involved External Wall Insulation application and Render, Main Roof Refurbishment and joinery extensions to accommodate the new depth of extrnal walls, Fascia, Soffits and Rain Water Goods, UPVC Windows and Doors.
A great team to work a longside they maintaned our project budgets and exceeded our quality expectations.
